Wolsey Community Foundation created to enhance all facets of town.

Initial goal is to raise $100,000 into the fund, which will then trigger a matching grant from the South Dakota Community Foundation of $25,000.

Once the WCF meets its initial $100k funding goal, a lasting tribute will be built somewhere in the Wolsey community to honor those who have supported the foundation.
